Baltimore represented at this years annual Congressional Black Caucus Week in Washington D.C.. The Fab ladies were in attendance and spotted many Baltimore natives at panels, events, and parties. Elijah Cummings, Kevin Liles, Lamar D. Shields (of Urban Institute), and Bishop Dwayne Debnam were of the people who represented for charm city.
