A new month. A new mayor. It’s been a year filled of drama for our beloved city when it comes to elected officials and yesterday was no different as new mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake was sworn in. Her mother, husband, and daughter were there to participate in the ceremony and it all seemed to be in a somber mood. She informed the press that:
